1 8 – ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1 avocado, diced
2 cups grapefruit sections
1 cup halved seedless white grapes
½ cup shopped pecans
salad greens
Soften cream cheese; blend in sour cream. Add salt and sugar; stir until blended thoroughly. Add avocado, grapefruit, grapes and pecans, tossing lightly. Pour into 5x9-inch loaf pan; cover. Freeze until firm. Slice; serve on salad greens. Yield: 8 servings
