Ginger Pear Salad

2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced

1 cup seedless grapes 1 head Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Dressing:

6 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

¼ cup crystallized ginger, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, put pears, grapes and lettuce.  Mix ingredients of dressing.  Add dressing to fruit and toss.
