Grapefruit-Mint Cocktail

4 medium grapefruit, halved

3 ounce mint jelly

½ cup sugar

Section grapefruit.  Melt mint jelly in double boiler; beat until smooth.  Bring 1 cup water to a boil; add sugar.  Cook jelly mixture for 5 minutes.  Add sugar mixture, stirring well, to mint jelly.  Chill.  Arrange 6 to 8 grapefruit sections in sherbet dish; pour mint mixture over grapefruit sections.  Yield: 10 –12 servings.
