Lemon-Grapefruit Salad

2 packages lemon gelatin

3/8 cup lemon juice

salt to taste

½ cup mayonnaise

2 small, packages cream cheese, whipped

2 grapefruit

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.  Add lemon juice and salt; let cool.  Add mayonnaise to cream cheese.  Mix well.  Add gelatin mixture.  Peel and section grapefruit.  Fold grapefruit sections into gelatin mixture; pour into mold.  Chill until firm.  Yield: 9 – 10 servings.
