Tangerine-Walnut Toss
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 cups tangerine sections
1/2 onion, sliced
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnut halves
Combine lettuce, tangerines, onion and dressing; toss together lightly. Combine
butter, salt and walnut halves in skillet over low heat. Stir until walnuts are
crisp. Top with walnuts.
